The mounting bracket is secured in the vehicle and the holster is attached to the mounting bracket using wing nuts. This gives you the solid mount, so that you know the holster isn't going anywhere while secured with the wing nuts. Undo the three wing nuts, holster comes off and can be placed in your other vehicle. Give us a call to place your order (1-800-875-9425) as the option to buy a second mounting bracket with hardware isn't available ont he site yet.

HI Shannon, yes you may move the holster between vehicles. Are these more fixed installs or do they have a mounting system that works in multiple vehicles with the appropriate bases to attach. That would be a great concept if you don't have that in the works already. Looking for a Glock 26 holster for my expedition and my town and country. I know my wife wouldn't be happy if it was permanently mounted in her van however, so that is why I ask about moving it back and forth between vehicles.
Thanks!

Hi, I was looking for your email and couldn’t find it under the contact us section….needed to know how this works if I drive 2 vehicles. When I called last week the mold didn't exist for this gun but Jerry jumped on the project and in 2 days I was able to place the order and received it 3 days later. The holster is a top quality item and the guys at Texas Custom Holsters are what customer service is all about. Good guys - good products.

Just finished the left side console install for my Kel Tec PF-9.
